The short version

This is a fan site for a comedy show. Be decent in the forum, know that anything you send the hotline might end up on the stream, and remember the whole thing is for entertainment.

Acceptance

By using dadsafterdarkshow.com (the "Site"), including The Mothership forum, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Entertainment purposes

The show, the "Psychic Signal Test", remote-viewing segments and everything similar on the Site are for entertainment and experimentation only. Nothing here is professional, scientific, medical, financial or any other kind of advice.

Forum accounts and your content

• You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Keep your password to yourself.
• Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, spammy, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't impersonate anyone.
• By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute your posts as part of the Site and the show (for example, reading a post on stream).
• We may edit, hide, or remove content, and suspend or ban accounts, at our discretion — including for breaking the spirit of the place, not just the letter.
• You can delete your own posts at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).

The Dad Hotline — on-air consent

By calling or texting the Dad Hotline you agree that your message, voice and first name or handle (if you give one) may be read, played, displayed and recorded on the live stream and in published episodes, without payment. We mask your phone number to the area code on air, but don't send us anything you wouldn't want broadcast.

Mailing list and sponsor

Mailing-list signup is optional. The separate sponsor opt-in box sends your name and email to our sponsor, GoRemoteViewing.com, only if you tick it. Sponsor links are marked as sponsored; third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

No store

The Site does not sell anything and has no checkout. If that ever changes, a refund policy will be posted at the point of purchase before you can buy.

Intellectual property

The show's name, artwork, episodes and site design belong to the Dads After Dark Show (or their respective owners). Don't reuse them commercially without permission. The forum remains the home of what you post — see the licence above.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Dads After Dark Show and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim connected to the Site will not exceed US $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
